CI / build notes

  • Synced entity docs get baseline frontmatter (entity, status: draft, owner: shared, audience: internal) via scripts/normalize-sync-frontmatter.py.
  • mkdocs build --strict passes with git-date plugin strict: false (synced files lack per-file git history until merged) and link not_found: info for Phase 2 entity link triage (Phase 3 per entity).
  • Nightly workflow: scripts/clone-sync-repos.sh → scripts/sync-content.sh → entity index → nav → commit.

Ryan verification after merge

  1. Open https://internal-docs.last1.enterprises (Cloudflare Access).
  2. Confirm nav sections for each entity load (Meridian, Sovereign, Angel, Onset, last1.id, RealOutcomes, RadioCheck, last1.app, LastVet).
  3. Spot-check cross-entity links from LastVet gates docs to Meridian and Angel targets.
