Status: Founder confirmed: flow reads as coordination.
Stream: synthetic coordination (not Mic-gated). m1 / live matching held.
Prerequisite: M-clarity-1 merged (veteran understands Meridian).

Flow under test

1. Meridian match detail → Start coordination with [Provider] (enabled)
2. Arc-honest preview sheet: what they would ask to see + “In live mode you'd approve…”
3. Continue → local demo program (no grant, no share, no notify)
4. Home Your Turn / Pipeline show the demo program
5. Open program → acknowledge kickoff (real UI, fake data) → Your Turn clears for that card

• [x] Nothing leaves the device for share/grant (demo concern stays in DemoCoordinationStore)
• [x] SYNTHETIC framing still visible on Meridian matches
