Alert: RealOutcomesHealthProbeFailed

The 30-minute soak probe on realoutcomes-app reported failure (realoutcomes_app_probe_success == 0).

Expected: GET / → 200, GET /api/auth/user → 401, GET /api/directory?limit=1 → 200.

Impact

R940 parallel stack may be unhealthy. Railway production is unaffected until T3-5.

Remediation

  1. Restart app container: docker restart realoutcomes-app
  2. Verify BWS-rendered env: /opt/realoutcomes/.env has LAN DATABASE_URL and SUPABASE_URL
  3. Confirm VM 117 Supabase stack healthy
