n8n-r940 host down

Prometheus cannot scrape node_exporter on 192.168.1.94 (n8n-r940 VM).

Impact

Onset social automation has no Railway fallback after Tier 1 teardown. Scheduled workflows will not run until n8n is restored.

Checks

1. Proxmox: VM 112 on pve-r940 running?
2. ssh n8n-r940 'systemctl status n8n-r940 node_exporter'
3. curl -s http://127.0.0.1:5678/healthz on the VM
4. Cloudflare tunnel ingress on lastvet-edge includes n8n.last1.enterprises

Restore

Restart VM or systemctl restart n8n-r940. Verify https://n8n.last1.enterprises/healthz.
