Product signal (iOS → clinic)¶
Weekly shared_adherence upsert now includes:
percent_doses_taken,doses_taken,doses_scheduledlast_completion_at,days_since_last_completion,is_silent(silent when ≥7 days)
Migration: apply supabase/migrations/20260929010000_shared_adherence_doses_and_silent.sql on R940 onset-db via ./scripts/onset-db-apply.sh (applied 2026-09-29).
Clinic portal (clinic.theonset.app) badges Silent patients and shows dose % on the
patient directory, patient detail, and Pro adherence insights.
