Gate 2 admin unit

Seating and invites happen in /admin/last1org, not by editing public last1.org copy.

Store

• last1org-db on the last1org plane
• Public PostgREST: https://data.last1.org
• Schema for roles: scripts/last1org/schema/003_governance_roles.sql (in lastvet-gates / last1.org admin path)
• People, seats, affiliations, typed invites, per-field consent
• No nominations table until a committee exists to nominate

What Gate 2 does

• Typed invites (founder-appointed, labeled)
• Founding-cohort invite and seating
• is_demo labeled. DEMO cohort is a TEST object
• Board records live in admin. Public last1.org stays honest about vacant council seats

What Gate 2 does not do

• It does not populate public last1.org with fake council members
• It does not grant certification
• It does not ratify the founding standard
• Later voting slices (G2 cohort dashboard, G3 board veto-with-explanation, G4 public tallies) are separate

Auth

Public last1.org Sign in uses Last1 ID (https://auth.last1.id). Admin is a separate surface.
