Alert: LastVetAPIProdSilent

Symptom

No lastvet-api-prod.service journal lines in Loki for 5 minutes. The host may still be up.

Immediate action

ssh lastvet-api 'systemctl status lastvet-api-prod --no-pager'
ssh lastvet-api 'journalctl -u lastvet-api-prod -n 30 --no-pager'

Diagnosis

1. Confirm LastVetAPIHostDown is not also firing.
2. If service failed: check logs, disk, env from BWS restore script.
3. If service active but silent: possible zero traffic false positive (calibrate threshold).

Escalation

Ryan if prod API is down during active testing or cutover window.
