Alert: RealOutcomesSupabaseUnreachable

The soak probe on realoutcomes-app cannot reach Supabase on VM 117 (realoutcomes_app_supabase_reachable == 0).

Impact

R940 Express app may lose database connectivity. Hosted Supabase and Railway production are unaffected.

Remediation

  1. Restart Supabase stack on VM 117: docker compose up -d in /opt/supabase/docker
  2. Check LAN routing between .99 and .98
  3. Verify UFW on VM 117 allows Postgres/Kong from app VM if rules were added
