Status: Built. Flag restored to false 2026-09-16 evening (Mic scoped go-live conditions).
Flag: LASTVET_CRISIS_LIVE_ENABLED / API crisisLiveHandoffEnabled is false on R940 staging + prod (988 stub). Re-flip only after CRISIS_PRE_GO_LIVE_VALIDATION.md is green + Mic signs dated protocol v1.3+. Artifact: lastvet-gates/docs/compliance/crisis.blocklist_advisor_signed.md.

Release / TestFlight (flag true — post flip)¶

[ ] Radio Check → Need support → full Section 2 CrisisProtocolHandoffView (not Build 77 stub)
[ ] Warmth line, 988→1, text 838255, chat, TTY, 911, one-taps
[ ] VCL-governance footnote present
[ ] Dismiss → Crisis Support reopen; new qualifying turn fires new handoff
[ ] No crisis free-text written into Radio Check or health-record payloads

Debug QA (historical force paths)¶

Launch with argument: -crisisLiveHandoffEnabled / -crisisLiveHandoffDisabled still override in Debug only.

[ ] Radio Check → Need support → CrisisProtocolHandoffView with verbatim Section 2 anchors
[ ] One-taps: Dial 988 then Press 1 (tel:988), Text 838255 (sms:838255), Chat URL, 911
[ ] VCL-governance footnote present (Mic language)
[ ] Dismiss ("Hide for now") hides card; Crisis Support reopen appears
[ ] Reopen restores Section 2 card
[ ] Dismiss is UI-only (not framed as safe/resolved)
[ ] No assessment / "are you safe" / coping copy on the card
[ ] Force-off override: -crisisLiveHandoffDisabled restores stub

Detection unit tests (no device)¶

CrisisDetectionTests — first-person fire + precision floor (definitional questions do not fire). Detection never reads FHIR.

Flip gate (do not do in this build)¶

Mic confirms blocklist + reopen
Record crisis.blocklist_advisor_signed (Aug 18 review + confirm)
Then set LASTVET_CRISIS_LIVE_ENABLED=true deliberately; document in runbook
