Alert: RealOutcomesHostDown

Prometheus cannot scrape node_exporter on 192.168.1.99 (realoutcomes-app VM).

Impact

Parallel soak health metrics and host telemetry for RealOutcomes R940 are blind. Production traffic still uses Railway until T3-5 DNS cutover.

2. ssh realoutcomes-app 'curl -s -o /dev/null -w "%{http_code}\n" http://192.168.1.99:5000/' (expect 200)
3. Proxmox: VM 116 powered on?

Remediation

ssh ryan@192.168.1.99 'sudo systemctl restart node_exporter'
ssh ryan@192.168.1.99 'docker ps; docker restart realoutcomes-app'

If VM is down, start VMID 116 on pve-r940.

Escalation

Ryan — Tier 3 RealOutcomes migration. Do not change DNS or tear down Railway without T3-5 approval.
