A2P 10DLC Resubmission — RadioCheck OTP Campaign

This document contains the exact text to paste into each TCR / Twilio Console campaign field. It is written specifically to clear error 30909 (Message Flow / CTA incomplete or unverifiable) by giving the reviewer a publicly verifiable URL (https://www.radiocheck.app/sms) plus screenshots of the in-app consent flow.

USE CASE: Low Volume Mixed (or 2FA / Account Notification, if available) CAMPAIGN VERTICAL: Technology NUMBER POOL / SENDER: Twilio Messaging Service MGxxxx (existing) HELP / OPT-OUT MANAGEMENT: Twilio Advanced Opt-Out (default keywords)

CAMPAIGN DESCRIPTION (paste into "Description")

RadioCheck sends one-time verification codes (OTP) via SMS to users during sign-in and account verification in the RadioCheck mobile app. These are transactional security messages only — no marketing, no recurring messages. A user receives a single SMS code only when they actively request one by entering their phone number and tapping "Send Code" inside the app. RadioCheck is operated by Last 1 Enterprises, LLC.

End users opt in inside the RadioCheck mobile app during sign-in. Consent is not collected on a public website, so a public proof page with screenshots of the in-app consent flow is hosted at: https://www.radiocheck.app/sms

Step-by-step: 1. The user downloads RadioCheck from the Apple App Store (https://apps.apple.com/app/the-radio-check/id6740642650) or Google Play (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.last1.radiocheck). 2. On the sign-in screen the user enters their mobile phone number. 3. Directly below the phone field, this consent disclosure is displayed verbatim: "By tapping Send Code, you agree to receive a one-time SMS verification code from RadioCheck at the number provided. Messages are sent only when you request a code. Message frequency varies; msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase." Links to the Privacy Policy (https://www.radiocheck.app/privacy), Terms (https://www.radiocheck.app/terms), and SMS Terms (https://www.radiocheck.app/sms) are visible on the same screen. 4. The user taps "Send Code". This affirmative action is the only event that triggers a single OTP SMS to the number entered. No SMS is sent before the user taps Send Code. 5. The user receives one SMS with a 6-digit code, enters it in the app to complete sign-in, and no further messages are sent unless the user explicitly requests another code.

The privacy policy at https://www.radiocheck.app/privacy explicitly states (section 8 and 9): mobile information and SMS opt-in / consent are NOT shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes; message frequency depends on user-initiated requests; msg & data rates may apply. The terms at https://www.radiocheck.app/terms section 2 contain the RadioCheck OTP / Account Security SMS terms.

REVIEWER VERIFICATION CHECKLIST (do this before clicking submit)

[ ] /sms page is publicly reachable (no login wall, no 404). [ ] /sms page shows the three screenshots (phone entry, Send Code, OTP SMS). [ ] /sms page contains the consent disclosure VERBATIM as written above. [ ] /privacy section 8 or 9 contains: "Mobile information ... will NOT be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes." [ ] /privacy explicitly states "message frequency" and "message and data rates may apply". [ ] /terms section 2 contains the OTP-specific SMS terms. [ ] In-app login.tsx disclosure text matches /sms page text WORD FOR WORD. [ ] Brand registration is APPROVED (BNxxxx) before resubmitting campaign. [ ] The Messaging Service has Advanced Opt-Out enabled (so STOP/HELP are handled automatically and consistently with the campaign description).

If any of those is "no", fix that first — that's the actual review failure.
