Standards (docs/standards/)

Purpose: Authored reference documents from the last1.org standards side, kept separate from internal design/build docs under docs/lastvet/ and docs/architecture/.

This separation mirrors arm's-length governance (SSRN standard §7.9): the standard is authored independently from what implements it (last1.app).

When Loop #1 docs cite "the reference standard §X," resolve here.

Public last1.org IA (Registry → Proof → Standards → Oversight): ../architecture/LAST1ORG_PUBLIC_ACCOUNTABILITY_IA.md. That is the site information architecture, not a second copy of this standard.
