Internal Validation¶

Build iOS Debug from Xcode workspace (RadioCheck.xcworkspace) and verify auth/onboarding/HQ/unit/profile flows.
Build Android Debug from Android Studio or Gradle (npm run android:build) once Android SDK is configured.
Replace android/app/google-services.json with the real Firebase config before testing FCM.
Confirm SMS-only reminder flow works for users without push tokens.
Confirm deep links: radiocheck://join/<code>, OAuth callbacks, reset-password links, and Last1 ID callback.
Confirm Android notification actions: I'm good, Need backup, Going dark.
Confirm Android home-screen widget renders squad snapshot and one-tap check-in.

Ship TestFlight build to internal testers first, then external beta.
Ship Play internal testing track build after Android signing + Firebase/FCM setup.
Monitor auth success/failure, push delivery (APNs + FCM), and onboarding completion metrics.

Promote iOS build to production after 48h beta stability.
Promote Android build to production after 48h internal/beta stability.
Watch crash-free sessions, check-in completion rate, and push open rate for 72h.
Verify assetlinks.json is live on radiocheck.app for Android App Links.
