1. Purpose¶
Perform periodic technical and non-technical evaluation of security policies and controls.
2. Scope¶
All HIPAA Security Rule policies and LastVet implemented controls.
3. Policy statements¶
- LastVet shall evaluate security controls at least TODO (Ryan): annually or upon material environmental/operational change.
- Evaluations shall include review of risk analysis, policies, audit logs, and penetration test results.
- Findings shall feed risk register updates (
HIPAA_RISK_ANALYSIS.md).
