What changed (Build 85)¶
- Start coordination POSTs a Harbor kickoff to provider.last.vet before creating the local demo program.
- If the POST fails, the sheet stays open with an error. No Your Turn row. Harbor is not pretended.
- Your Turn shows Harbor has your kickoff with pull-to-refresh copy.
- Provider reply appears on the program thread after refresh.
Crisis live flag stays off (988 stub). m1_eligible unchanged.
