Alert: AdminAuth5xxRateHigh

Soak probe saw HTTP 5xx from /api/auth/user on admin-r940 (admin_r940_probe_auth_5xx == 1).

Tier 2 analogue: Last1idAuth5xxRateHigh (Caddy 5xx on auth.last1.id). Admin has no Caddy metrics yet; soak probe is the parallel-soak signal.

Checks

  2. Verify LAST1_ID_API_BASE=https://auth.last1.id in /opt/last1-admin/.env
  3. curl -sI https://auth.last1.id/health from admin-r940

Remediation

Restart container after confirming auth.last1.id and Supabase are reachable. Do not rotate secrets without Ryan.

Escalation

Ryan — may indicate R940 env drift, not Railway prod (still authoritative until T3-5).
