Meridian enable — opt-in off; Pathways muted; "Turn on Meridian"; synthetic-preview note
Meridian on — SYNTHETIC PREVIEW banner + match cards; header Pathways resting (matching while load)
Purple — only on Meridian tab chrome / Meridian surfaces (not Home / Profile)
Tab-size readability — center Pathways at ~24–28pt reads clearly as Meridian (muted and resting). If muddy, thicken stroke / bump optical size before merge.

[ ] Opt-in defaults off (fresh install / cleared meridianOptInEnabled)
[ ] Tap Meridian → enable surface (not matches)
[ ] "Turn on Meridian" → Service Matches; tab icon switches muted → resting
