Slice: C2 veteran ShareDecision Branches: feature/c2-share-decision (api, provider, ios) DoD: On a records_requested Harbor case, the veteran approves, strips, or adds categories. That tap writes a ShareDecision. State becomes veteran_decided. Nothing is shared.

C3 (share the approved set) is the next thread. This build does not move records.

What C2 is

The veteran's control tap. Provider-authored template in (C1). Veteran-edited grant out is recorded here. Share is C3.

  • Approve as-is, strip any requested category, or add categories the provider did not ask for.
  • Only the veteran's tap writes the approved set. The provider cannot widen scope.
  • No default-approve, no auto-advance, no timeout-approve.
  • Fail loud if the template is missing, the category is unknown, or a decision is already recorded.

Deploy before the walk

  1. last.vet-api: deploy feature/c2-share-decision so migration 065 is applied.
  2. provider.last.vet: deploy the same branch.
  3. Archive TestFlight 89 from this iOS branch.

Harbor walk (Test Provider + device)

Same Harbor case as C1. Test Provider on provider.last.vet. Veteran on device.

Step Expected
C1 already on the case iOS still shows Records requested until you tap. Provider still shows the requested template.
Open the Harbor card Your decision control. Requested categories on. Add a category from the menu. Strip one by tapping it off.
Record my decision Success. Copy: nothing is shared yet. Home Your Turn becomes Decision recorded.
Pull to refresh provider Coordination, All Records request shows veteran_decided. Approved set is what you chose, not the original request. Waiting copy: you cannot widen. Nothing is shared yet.
Do nothing instead Leave the card. State stays records_requested. Provider still waiting. Nothing shares.

Walk three variants if you can: approve as-is, strip one, strip one and add labs.
