What this is¶
Public demonstrability of the thesis: see it live, confirm the hash. Veteran outcomes, honestly denominated, PHI-free, small-n-protected.
This is the payoff of the integrity work. The two-layer boundary (private payloads stay private; public projection is allowlisted) made the page possible. The allowlist, tight SELECT, and adversarial no-leak test made it safe to put on a public PHI surface.
last1.org /proof is the last1.id move applied to outcomes: plain language on top, hash one click down. It is not the S6 dashboard and not a highlight reel.

Prod eyeball (2026-09-12): 66 private needles (emails, beneficiary UUIDs, hiring-manager domains, org display name, last1.id subjects, payload refs), 0 hits in the public JSON. Loops are opaque UUIDs. Platform denominator only.
Live denominator at ship: 11 attempted / 3 verified / 1 lapsed / 1 contradicted / 6 still open (27% verified). Failures stay on the page.
WIN slug: published. Attempted N=11, past threshold 5. That is the small-n rule working, not an exception. Below 5, org name is withheld so "enrolled in org X" cannot identify a person.
Honest Stage-1 (stated on the page)¶
- Founding standard is a draft. Not ratified. Not in force. SSRN paper is a working paper.
- Templates running today are TEST instruments. Not last1.org-approved certifications.
- You can verify the chain links. Full hash recomputation requires private payloads, kept private for veteran privacy.
- No claim of certified, in force, or full public recomputability.

Do not pull these forward. They are the next last1.org slices when ready.

Stage-1 gaps (tracked, not now)¶
- No external anchor yet (O4). Chain-head is not committed to a TSA, CT log, or public archive. Tamper-evidence against the operator is still Stage-1 (hash links, not multi-witness). Unblocked because the public ledger download now exists.
- No open verifier tool yet (O4).
/proofdoes a local prev-hash link check. It does not ship a downloadable verifier that recomputes or checks anchors. - Templates still
test, notpublished. Publication needs the Standards Council and the ratification path. Council is 0 of 7. Do not relabel TEST as certified.
